- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Refund may not be available.
- Same day cancellation or no-show: No refund will be issued.
2. Refund Process
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
- Refunds may take 5β7 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on the payment provider.
- Payments made through gateways such as Razorpay will follow the processing timelines of the respective payment provider.
3. Service Provider Cancellation
In rare cases, bookings may be cancelled due to circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational issues
- Government restrictions
In such cases, Cavery.in will attempt to:
- Reschedule the booking, or
- Provide a full refund where applicable.
4. Modification of Booking
Customers may request changes to their booking date or service availability depending on operational feasibility.
Approval of such requests is subject to availability.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Failure to arrive at the scheduled service location
- Late arrival causing missed service
- Incorrect information provided during booking
- Violation of service guidelines or safety rules
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking system.
Customers are advised to allow a reasonable processing period.
7. Force Majeure / Emergencies
Cavery.in shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances,
including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or operational emergencies.
