Submission of valid ID proof, address proof, and business documents is mandatory. Cavery reserves the right to verify details at any time.

3. Legal Responsibility
The partner is fully responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and national laws related to their business operations.

4. Customer Safety & Conduct
Partners must ensure safe, respectful, and professional behavior with all customers. Any harassment, fraud, or misconduct will result in permanent ban.

5. Service Quality Assurance
Partners must maintain consistent quality of service. Poor service complaints may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Content Ownership
All uploaded images, videos, and descriptions must be original or legally owned by the partner. Copyright violations are strictly prohibited.

7. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Partners are responsible for honoring all confirmed bookings. Repeated cancellations without valid reason may affect account status.

8. Commission & Pricing Rights
Cavery reserves the right to apply commission, service charges, or modify pricing structure based on business requirements.

9. Platform Rights
Cavery holds full authority to approve, reject, modify, or remove any listing or account without prior notice if it violates policies.

10. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to cheat, manipulate bookings, fake reviews, or misuse the platform will result in permanent termination and possible legal action.

11. Data Usage
Partner agrees that submitted data (name, images, business info) can be used for listing, promotion, and platform marketing purposes.

12. Liability Limitation
Cavery acts only as a platform connecting customers and partners. We are not responsible for service disputes, damages, or financial losses between parties.

13. Account Suspension
Violation of any terms may lead to temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of the partner account without prior notice.

14. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting the application, the partner agrees to all current and future updated terms and conditions of Cavery Partner Program.
